Myrlys L. Stockdale has handled legal matters before courts in El Dorado, Sacramento, Amador, Placer and Santa Clara Counties. Ms. Stockdale serves as Court-appointed Minor's Counsel representing children in Sacramento County Superior Court and El Dorado County Superior Court and also serves as a Family Law Special Master for Sacramento County Superior Court.
Her preferred method of practice is to resolve disputes informally, through negotiation, collaboration or mediation. However, Ms. Stockdale is an ardent client advocate, in litigation.
