Myron Lieberman is one of the most well-respected lawyers in Chicago. He has been involved in a myriad of sophisticated corporate and buyout transactions during his 50-plus year career, including the multibillion dollar buyout of Montgomery Ward from Mobile Oil and the buyout of Budget Rent-A-Car from Ford Motor Company. Mr. Lieberman was also the long-standing counsel for Columbia National Bank (sold to ABM AMRO) and MidTown Bank (sold to MAF Bancorp). He served on the Board of Directors of both banks.
