Mr. Ammar's primary areas of practice are estate planning and administration, taxation, business succession planning, and retirement planning.
Representative Experience
· Provide counsel and advice to clients regarding estate and tax planning matters, including issues related to retirement plans and preparation of estate planning documents
· Provide advice regarding organization of business entities such as corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies
· Assist clients with the adoption and administration of retirement plans
· Represent clients with regard to matters before the Internal Revenue Service, including audits and appeals, compliance, and collection matters
