Gordon Knox handles all aspects of public and private purpose tax-exempt financings, affordable housing development financings and commercial financings. He has extensive experience serving as bond counsel and counsel to issuers, underwriters, borrowers, trustees and issuers of the letters of credit securing municipal bonds. In addition, Gordon represents banks and other financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions involving community development, construction loans, letters of credit, equipment leases and commercial loans secured by real estate and/or personal property.
