Mark New is a member in the commercial litigation section of the firm and is resident in Jacksonville, Florida. Mark represents mortgage lenders, banks and other financial services clients in consumer financial services litigation, including the defense of FDCPA, FCRA, and wrongful foreclosure claims, and in real estate litigation, where he handles commercial evictions and premises liability claims.
Mark has more than a decade of experience handling business, real estate and complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in both jury and non-jury trials in federal and state courts and in arbitration. Prior to joining McGlinchey Stafford, Mark was head of the civil litigation department of a Jacksonville-based law firm.
