Victoria Holladay practices labor and employment law representing clients across the nation ranging from NYSE traded corporations to small privately- held companies.
On a national and regional basis, she has handled a wide range of employment law matters under federal and state statutes, including employment discrimination (race, gender, national origin, religion, age, same sex/opposite sex harassment, veterans' rights, disability, FMLA, sexual orientation, pregnancy), wrongful discharge and related tort and contract cases, NLRB unfair labor practice charges and trials, collective bargaining and private grievance arbitrations, and wage-hour matters. She has handled numerous discrimination and FLSA class action lawsuits and has extensive experience in litigation involving, trade secret misappropriation, non-compete covenants' enforcement, and inducement to breach contract cases. She has litigated cases involving Section 1981, 1983, 1985 and 1986 claims.
Victoria is an experienced advisor to General Counsel, executives and Boards of Directors on the legal and practical impact of employment issues arising out of strategic business plans. She provides counseling to employers on all areas of employment law matters, including discipline, handbooks, policies, training, grievance procedures and internal investigations. She provides corporate audits relating to employment policies and practices, wage-hour audits and AAP/OFCCP compliance, and she provides executive/supervisor training. She also regularly presents seminars on employment topics to human resource personnel, clients' executives and employees, and attorneys.
