The client base is mostly located in the United Kingdom (Merrill Lynch International Ltd., Banque Paribas, Credit Suisse First Boston, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Bank), the United States of America (the firm handled and is still handling several corporate and business transactions with Baker and McKenzie in Chicago, San Diego and New York), France, the Gulf States (Agility Logistics, Alghanim Industries, Al Zamil Group, The Sultan Center) and Lebanon. The firm represented major investment banks in the US $ Bonds issued by the Lebanese government. The firm's consulting services are being used by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Central Bank of Lebanon and several local commercial banks and multinational and local corporate entities. The firm was involved in major merger and acquisition transactions, in the banking and corporate sectors, both in Lebanon, Kuwait, Iraq, Europe and North Africa.
