Nancy A. Davito, Esq. practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation, Business Transactions and Estate Planning. She has been practicing law in the state of Florida since 1990 and has been a resident of our local Central Florida community since 1990. Mrs. Davito also has experience practicing insurance defense, construction liability, commercial litigation, medial malpractice, as well as environmental law. She was a managing partner for Swartz Campbell, LLC from 2005 to 2009, after which she opened her private practice. She recently decided to leave her office located on Edgewater Drive in Orlando to join the Boyette, Cummins & Nailos team, bringing 20 years of experience with her.
