BiographyNancy graduated from Georgetown University in 1975 and received her Juris Doctor in 1983 from Catholic University School of Law. She was an Associate Editor of the Law Review. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, the Washington, D.C. Bar, and the South Carolina Bar. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Nancy was a partner with a large defense firm in Charleston. Nancy also previously served as a Deputy County Attorney for Charleston County. She was also a staff attorney for the South Carolina Coastal Council, and from 1986-1989 she was in private practice. Nancy is a certified mediator and arbitrator. Nancy currently is National Delegate of the South Carolina Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and Deputy Chair of the Federal Bar Association's Employment and Labor Law Section. She has served as President of the South Carolina Association of County Attorneys and in 1992 and 1993 she received the National Association of Counties Achievement Award. She is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar, South Carolina Women Lawyers, the Charleston County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association and focuses her practice on Employment and Labor Law and ERISA. Nancy was recognized as one of the top Employment and Labor Law attorneys in South Carolina in the 2008 and 2009 publications of Super Lawyers. Bar Fellow: National Delegate of the South Carolina Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (Deputy Chair, Federal Bar Association's Employment and Labor Law Section).
