Nancy Demers is a partner in our Litigation and Infrastructure Groups in Québec City and Montréal.
Her practice is focused on construction law. She represents numerous institutional clients, contractors and suppliers in all aspects related to construction law.
In addition to being a training instructor for the Québec Bar's Continuing Professional Education in construction law, Ms. Demers acts as counsel to many federations.
She is also a member of various professional associations, including the Association des entrepreneurs de routes et de grands travaux, the Association de la construction du Québec and the Association des gestionnaires de parcs immobiliers institutionnels.
Ms. Demers is the author of Précis du droit de la construction, published in 2000 by Éditions Yvon Blais inc.
Ms. Demers received her LLB in 1992 and her LLM in 1997 from Université Laval. She was called to the Québec Bar in 1993.
