Nancy Doig is a general business litigator focusing on California's Proposition 65, writs, and appeals. Nancy has experience representing clients in employment and trade secret actions, as well as energy law issues. In addition to litigation involving Proposition 65 compliance, her experience includes advising clients in regards to compliance options and trends to minimize their exposure to Proposition 65 lawsuits, analysis of proposed regulations, and assistance with writs and appeals work. Nancy has represented clients in Proposition 65 actions brought by both public and private plaintiffs, in a wide range of industries ranging from fashion to food.
Prior to joining the firm, Nancy was an associate in Los Angeles and San Francisco, where she represented clients in civil litigation, employment law actions, trade secrets, probate and energy law issues.
