Following graduation from law school in 2000, she began her legal career as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Ronald M. Holdaway of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Ms. Foti then joined the National Veterans Legal Services Program in Washington D.C., where she served as a staff attorney for two years.
