Ms. Pham graduated in 2000 from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelors degree in Criminology, Law and Society and a minor in Political Science. She then attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, graduating in 2004. Prior to graduating from law school, Ms. Pham gained valuable experience through an externship with the Public Law Center assisting the legal needs of the low-income community and with the Center for Conflict Resolution where she was certified as a mediator to facilitate resolutions between conflicting parties.
Ms. Pham was an intern to the Honorable William M. Monroe, Judge of the Orange County Superior Court where she gained valuable experience with the day-to-day research and procedures of the Superior Court.
Mrs. Pham was Assistant General Counsel for Pacific Business Capital Corporation, prior to her employment with the firm, where she practiced in the areas of business litigation, civil litigation, collection litigation and secured transactions. Mrs. Pham is an active member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to the Central District Court of California.
