| Biography | Ms. Nancy Selzer has been an associate with the law firm since 1989 when she graduated from Tulane Law School and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar. Nancy is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court. Ms. Selzer earned a B.S. in accounting in 1978, became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1986, and earned an MBA in 2004 from the University of New Orleans. Prior to attending law school, she was employed by the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent in its Examination Division from 1978-1986. Nancy served as a former vice-president of the Louisiana Chapter of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Selzer, who remains a licensed CPA while practicing law, works in the areas of tax controversies, estate planning and successions. She has achieved the highest rating for legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell and was picked as one of New Orleans Top Lawyers in New Orleans Magazine in November, 2009. She is a member of the Louisiana and Covington Bar Associations. |
