Nathan is a member of the firm's litigation department and represents clients in all phases of state and federal court litigation. His practice focuses on business litigation, and he has experience representing clients in contract, health care defense, construction, product liability defense, and financial/trade regulation cases.
Prior to law school, Nathan gained business experience working with two publicly-traded corporations operating in the healthcare sector.
