Nate is an Associate in the Corporate & Securities Section and is based in the firm's Boston office.
Prior to joining the firm, Nate worked as a legal fellow with the New England Innocence Project (NEIP). There, he supported NEIP network attorneys in the pro bono services provided to inmates with strong claims of innocence. He also supervised the case review process of outside law schools participating in the project, drafted research memos, and assessed inmate questionnaires.
Nate has served as an intern with the Law Offices of Howard Friedman, P.C. There, he drafted memos, reviewed document productions, and assisted in a high-profile case. Before beginning law school, he also worked as a paralegal, where he gained experienced relating to defending clients against the SEC. He was a Summer Associate at Mintz Levin in 2009.
Nate is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA from Bates College.
