He has represented employers in discrimination and retaliation suits and advised clients on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and wage and hour compliance. Mr. Pangrace also represents both state-funded and self-insured employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims at the administrative level and before the courts on appeal.
