Nathaniel Blair is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and is a member of the Finance & Financial Institutions Practice.
Mr. Blair represents both financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of industries with respect to finance matters. He also routinely advises banks on regulatory and general corporate matters. In addition, Mr. Blair has experience and knowledge with respect to the acquisition and sale of companies and banks, and branches thereof.
Mr. Blair also has experience and knowledge with respect to a variety of other corporate and commercial transactions and agreements (including loan agreements, promissory notes, security and pledge agreements, guarantees, subordination agreements, purchase and assumption agreements) and laws.
Mr. Blair earned his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law, where he was production editor for the Journal of International Human Rights. While in law school, he was a member of the Northwestern National Trial Team. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
Mr. Blair is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association, and FUEL Milwaukee. He currently coaches the Marquette University Law School AAJ National Trial Team, and previously served as liaison to the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association.
