•ICDR arbitration: Prosecuted breach of contract claim for a Canadian railcar parts company against a Ukrainian manufacturer of railroad wheels resulting in a $12,000,000 award.
•AAA arbitration: Second chaired successful defense of a California power company against contract and fraud claims exceeding $10,000,000 resulting in a zero award.
•Ad hoc arbitration: Participated in successful prosecution of claim on unpaid accounts at hearing held in Cochin (Kerala), India.
•Trial experience on business litigation matters, including finance, environmental law, California wage and hour matters and recovery of attorneys' fees.
•Experience in alter ego, real estate, energy, toxic tort, environmental and insurance law.
