| Biography | Neil Franz, a native of Crystal, Minnesota, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota - Duluth in 1976. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1980. Neil is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Benton/Stearns County Bar Association. He practices in the areas of Business, Commercial, Construction and Real Estate law. Neil is currently a Farming Township Supervisor and has served as Chair of the St. Cloud Zoning Board of Appeals; Chair of the St. Cloud Area Chamber Business Awards committee; President of the St. Cloud Downtown Sertoma Club; and Chair of the Minnesota Elite Athlete Development program. He has also served on the boards of United Way of Central Minnesota, St. Cloud Special Olympics, the St. Cloud Jaycees, and the Nordic Ski Club of Central Minnesota. In his spare time, Neil enjoys running, skiing, cycling, and canoeing. Neil has been inducted into the Grandma's Marathon hall of fame.
