| Biography | Mr. Khan began his legal practice as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's office. He then worked for insurance defense law firms, where he represented several major insurance companies on matters relating to property and casualty issues. Since joining Greenspoon Marder, Mr. Khan has focused his practice entirely on representing policyholders. He has successfully defeated multiple motions for summary judgment from insurers, ranging from Late Notice cases to Policy Exclusions. In addition, he has received recoveries for his clients in areas as diverse as hurricane, flood, sinkhole, and cracked tile cases. Mr. Khan has tried many jury and non-jury cases.
Mr. Khan was born and raised in New York City. While in New York, he earned both his M.A. and B.A. degrees in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and earned his J.D. from New York Law School.
