Neil Linden is an Executive Shareholder in the Litigation Department of the Firm's Miami office. His more than 30 years of trial experience in state and federal courts includes cases involving class actions and other complex commercial, construction and banking litigation, mortgage foreclosures and real estate litigation, general contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, lender liability defense, financial institution litigation and title insurance claims, coverage and defense. Neil has had substantial experience with complex commercial cases involving RICO, Civil Theft and fraud and is admitted to practice in all federal courts in Florida. Neil has been an expert witness in the areas of attorney fees and performance, construction liens, construction defects, title insurance claims, and real property litigation. Mr. Linden has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator since 1998 and is a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Panel.
