Our Background
In 1975 our practice was founded by Richard P. Neimark, the son of noted personal injury lawyer Milton Neimark. Both attorneys had planned to practice law together, but Milton's unfortunate passing prevented them from having the opportunity. Now a third generation, Richard's son Marshall Adam Neimark, has followed in his father and grandfather's footsteps by going into personal injury law. He joins his father's practice to protect the rights of those who have been hurt by the negligence of others.
We are also proud to have personal injury attorneys Morris Sinensky, Ira Lapp, and George G. Coffinas as members of our firm. Morris has been working with Richard for over 25 years and Ira, a friend of Marshall's since high school, joined our firm in 2001.
In 2008, Neimark & Neimark LLP entered into a joint venture with George G. Coffinas of Coffinas & Coffinas LLP. George is still a partner in that firm along with his father, Gus Coffinas, but our firms' civil practices have been joined so that we can better serve our clients. George brings extensive trial experience in the fields of negligence, medical malpractice, product liability, and business torts.

In order to obtain this goal, we treat all of our clients with the same respect and devotion as we would members of our own families. We zealously advocate on behalf of each and every victim that we represent. We make sure to give every case our full personal attention.
