With more than 30 years of representing clients in federal and state courts, in litigation and arbitration, Nick Christakos knows that no two clients or cases are identical and that each client has individual business needs, philosophies and goals. Understanding each client's business, planning a targeted litigation strategy and obtaining a favorable outcome are key to Nick's broad-based litigation experience, which includes work in insurance, reinsurance, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), securities, employment law, automotive franchise and general contract disputes.
In the insurance and reinsurance areas, Nick has spent thousands of hours in litigation, arbitration and client counseling relating to insurance product transactions, sales practices, coverage, fiduciary liability, risk management, reinsurance arrangements and other matters affecting the financial services industry. Nick also serves as the firm's general counsel.
