Nick Brooks shares his time between litigation and transactional work at Griffith Davison.
Sharing his time between analyzing construction contracts and litigating construction disputes makes him better at both because he sees the entire process from beginning to end, rather than just before or after a dispute arises.
This perspective allows Nick to identify and correct minor disputes before they become expensive problems. He also understands that an informed client is a happy client and endeavors to keep all of his clients apprised of the status of their matters through regular communication.
Outside of the firm, Nick coaches a boys middle-school lacrosse team, plays tennis, and tries not to hurt himself at CrossFit. He also likes to cook, a skill developed out of necessity as a law student in a rural Virginia town with only four good restaurants.
