Nina M. Varughese concentrates her practice on bankruptcy and corporate restructuring. Nina is experienced in Chapter 11 reorganizations representing secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, trustees, creditors' committees in bankruptcy proceedings and represents parties in bankruptcy-related litigation. She also has experience in Chapter 7 liquidations and Chapter 9 municipal reorganizations.
Nina represents clients in the energy industry, including those in the oil/gas and utility sectors, the steel industry, the automotive and aviation industry, the medical products and services industry, and the printing industry. She has presented to creditor groups on general bankruptcy issues, preference litigation, and executory and forward contract issues.
