Professional Experience Nina Shreve has extensive experience in all aspects of trademark law, including litigation, prosecution, client counseling, opinion work, due diligence investigations and other transactional matters. Ms. Shreve is also active in the firm's patent litigation practice focusing particularly on litigation in the pharmaceutical area. In addition to the pharmaceuticals product area, Ms. Shreve has represented clients in patent and trademark matters in diverse industries, including computers and electronics, consumer healthcare products, industrial machinery and building products.
