Noah's practice focuses on the defense of product liability and toxic tort claims, as well as commercial litigation. He has worked for some of the world's leading manufacturers of firearms, ammunition, residential siding, paint and coatings, specialty chemicals, petrochemicals and electronics. Noah's experience entails defending personal injury, strict liability, premises liability, wrongful death, failure-to-warn, breach of contract, breach of warranty, consumer fraud claims and class action cases. He handles commercial disputes involving publicly traded and closely held corporations.
Advising in-house counsel on litigation avoidance and other critical issues, Noah works with clients to ensure their business objectives are met and their cases are handled in a cost-effective manner. He has been an integral member of multiple trial teams, seeing several multi-week, multi-million dollar trials to verdict. Noah also developed and manages Husch Blackwell's jury research system which is utilized firm-wide.
Noah has handled several pro bono matters, and has counseled individuals on a variety of legal matters including corporate restructuring, domestic abuse and deliberate indifference to serious medical needs.
