Noah's practice focuses on the defense of product liability and toxic tort claims, as well as commercial litigation. He has worked for some of the world's leading manufacturers of firearms, ammunition, residential siding, paint and coatings, specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, and electronics. His experience entails defending personal injury, strict liability, premises liability, wrongful death, failure-to-warn, breach of contract, breach of warranty, consumer fraud claims and class action cases.
Noah also handles commercial disputes involving publicly traded and closely held corporations. He advises in-house counsel on litigation avoidance and other issues. His experience in state and federal courts spans from drafting complaints and responsive pleadings to authoring case-critical motions.
