Norman Quandt handles Railway Labor Act litigation, including law suits and arbitrations, for airline clients of the firm throughout the country. He also handles National Mediation Board representative elections for airline clients and regularly advises airline clients on DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements as well as WARN Act issues.
Norman has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous trial courts (federal and state) throughout the United States.
Norman served as a U.S. naval officer.

ˇ Lead counsel in numerous injunction actions against unions engaged in illegal self-help in violation of the Railway Labor Act
ˇ Lead counsel in numerous federal court lawsuits dismissing union claims that airline violated "status quo" provisions of the Railway Labor Act
ˇ Lead counsel in successful NLRB litigation finding ALPA's attempt to enforce scope clause against airline violated "hot cargo" provisions of National Labor Relations Act (reversed by Ninth Circuit)
