Attorneys John O'Shea, Jr., Regina A. Nadeau, and Mark E. The firm can provide purchase and sales agreements, leases, easements, deeds and mortgages tailored to the client's needs.

When necessary, the land use and real estate section will work with the litigation section to file Petitions to Quiet Title in court. Attorneys O'Shea and Nadeau are licensed New Hampshire title insurance agents and are members of the NH Land Title Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association's Real Estate Section.
