Attorneys John O'Shea, Jr., Regina A. Nadeau, and Mark E. Beaudoin, assisted by a large staff of paralegals and title abstractors, can assist institutional and private lenders and residential and commercial clients in projects ranging from small real estate transfers to multimillion dollar transactions. The firm can provide purchase and sales agreements, leases, easements, deeds and mortgages tailored to the client's needs.
The firm possesses one of the largest title bases in the region and can accommodate clients in need of curing real estate title defects. When necessary, the land use and real estate section will work with the litigation section to file Petitions to Quiet Title in court. Attorneys O'Shea and Nadeau are licensed New Hampshire title insurance agents and are members of the NH Land Title Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association's Real Estate Section.
Attorneys O'Shea and Nadeau are experienced in client representation before local planning and zoning boards, providing advice and consultation on large subdivisions and commercial site plan development, and filing of subdivision and condominium Attorney General Registrations. Attorney Nadeau is known statewide for client representation proposing shorefront development before local and state environmental regulatory agencies and appellate councils.
