Normandin, Cheney & O'Neil's land use and real estate practice group is equipped to handle real estate transactions, foreclosures, representation of lenders, corrective title work, issuance of title insurance, subdivision and condominium creation, land and shorefront development and environmental law.

Attorneys Regina A. Nadeau and Mark E. Beaudoin are experienced in client representation before local planning and zoning boards and providing advice and consultation on large subdivisions, condominiums and commercial site plan developments.  Attorney Nadeau is known statewide for client representation proposing shorefront development before local and state environmental regulatory agencies and appellate councils.

Attorneys Nadeau and Beaudoin, assisted by a large staff of paralegals and title abstractors, represent institutional and private lenders and residential and commercial clients in projects ranging from small real estate transfers to multimillion dollar transactions.  The Firm also provides purchase and sales agreements, leases, easements, deeds and mortgages tailored to our client's needs.

The Firm possesses one of the largest title bases in the region and can accommodate clients in need of curing real estate title defects. When necessary, the land use and real estate practice group will work with the litigation practice group to file Petitions to Quiet Title in court.  Attorneys Nadeau and Beaudoin are licensed New Hampshire title insurance agents and are members of the New Hampshire Bar Association's Real Estate Section.  Attorney Nadeau is also a member of the Environmental and Municipal Law Bar Sections.
