The firm was established in 1984 to take over the practice of Mr. Felix Ntrakwah which he started in 1981, after leaving the public service as an Assistant Registrar General of Companies, Trademarks, Patents and Designs. The firm has made tremendous strides and established the name Ntrakwah & Co. in its areas of practice. The clients of the firm include major Ghanaian, foreign and international financial and industrial corporate bodies. Foreign investors and financial institutions have benefited form legal opinion, and due diligence prepared by Ntrakwah & Co. The firm rendered various professional services in relation to foreign financed joint ventures, company formation, privatisation of states enterprises and debt recoveries. Ntrakwah & Co. has established the Corporate Law Institute to promote development of corporate practice in Ghana.
