The law firm was formed in 1928 by Abraham (Abe) H. Dudnik and Samuel F. Komito. Originally, the focus was railroad law and other cases involving injured workers. The current senior partners have been with the firm for over 30 years. The firm, now known as Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy Co., L.P.A., consists of 13 lawyers and a support staff which includes nurse paralegals, trial paralegals, investigators and additional personnel dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in the personal injury, wrongful death and civil litigation fields of law. In particular, the firm represents clients throughout the United States in complex product liability cases, and in Aviation, Railroad and Vehicular crash cases. The firm also concentrates in the representation of victims and their families in complex physician, surgical and hospital malpractice cases, making use of its ability to team experienced trial lawyers with its in-house nursing support staff.
