She previously served in government as Senior Trial Attorney for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC); Staff Counsel for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH); and, as Assistant City Attorney for the City of San Francisco. She also worked in private practice at Morrison & Foerster. James R. O'Dell has practiced in business litigation and employment law since 1983, including at Dechert Price & Rhoads in Philadelphia and Chapman and Cutler in Chicago. With extensive mediation training and experience, Mr. O'Dell has served as a court-appointed mediator, neutral case evaluator and arbitrator.
