Ogletree Deakins' environmental practice group handles all types of environmental matters, including compliance and enforcement, auditing, litigation, superfund liability, redeveloping contaminated properties, wetlands permitting, takings litigation, release reporting and other reporting under EPCRA, TSCA, and other laws. The group has extensive experience in toxic tort litigation and has defended all types of cases, including citizen suits, class action personal injury and property damage cases, and state and federal enforcement actions (administrative and civil).
