Olin G. Shivers is a partner in the Tampa office of Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm's Taxation and Estates & Trusts Practices. He focuses on the areas of corporate, partnerships, taxation, as well as estate planning, probate, and tax controversy matters. He is also a member of the Hospitality, Resort & Golf Industry Team.

Mr. Shivers received both his law degree (J.D., 1982) and his bachelor's degree (B.A., 1978) from Vanderbilt University. He also received an LL.M. in taxation in 1983 from New York University.
A member of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County and American Bar Associations, he is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
