Osborne Clarke was constituted in 1986 as a firm of associated lawyers and economists pursuing to provide accurate and professional advice to its clients about a wide spread of issues ranging from Commercial Law to Legal, Tax, and Exchange Control matters, among others.
Osborne Clarke is member of the Osborne Clarke Alliance, with members and associated law firms in The United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Russia, Estonia, Spain and The United States, thus making it possible, for local and foreign clients with interests in many countries in and out of the European Union, to obtain specific and professional legal and economic advice.
In this sense, clients may have the benefit of immediate access to legislation, jurisprudence, and professional experience in the different countries represented in the Association with a focus both local and, at the same time, global.
Our team is formed by seventeen lawyers, each of them being a specialist in certain specific fields. The most importance is given by our Firm to the recruiting as well as the permanence of the persons who form it. The firm is organized into four general departments (Commercial, Tax, Litigation, and Labour Law), and each department is headed by one partner.
