Otto J. Shragal is an associate with Kenneth J. Allen & Associates, where he focuses his litigation practice in personal injury, construction, product liability, premises liability and toxic tort. Mr. Shragal is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and Indiana. Mr. Shragal has successfully mediated, arbitrated as well as tried a number of cases on behalf of his clients. Mr. Shragal's practice consists of a wide range of litigation matters in multiple areas of the law. Mr. Shragal received his undergraduate degree from Tri-State University and his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 2005 where he graduated with honors, cum laude. During law school, Mr. Shragal was a member of Law Review as well as an associate justice in the John Marshall Law School Moot Court Program.
