Adair & Myers, now a Professional Limited Liability Company, was founded in 1983 by Larry G. Myers and William B. Adair, who were founding partners of Byrnes, Myers, Adair, Campbell and Sinex in 1972. Services of the firm include structuring, negotiation and documentation of bank and corporate transactions, secured and unsecured commercial and retail loan transactions, commercial and residential real estate and construction transactions, oil and gas leasing, exploration, development and production, estate planning, probate and trust matters, formation and representation of business and corporate entities, contract negotiation and drafting, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, collections, prosecuting and defending banking and transactional issues, and general civil litigation in all state and federal courts.
