Crowe & Dunlevy, founded in 1902, is the largest and one of the oldest law firms in Oklahoma. The Firm was founded in Oklahoma City and has enjoyed steady and consistent growth, expanding in October of 1989 to include an office in Tulsa and September of 1991 to include an office in Norman. Crowe & Dunlevy is the Oklahoma member of Lex Mundi, an international association of 146 independent law firms, which provides contacts and relationships with leading law firms throughout the world.

Crowe & Dunlevy is organized as a professional corporation and is engaged in most areas of the practice of law. The Firm serves clients ranging from individuals to small businesses to large national and multi-national corporations. The diversity of legal representations within the Firm is underscored by the fact that the Firm's largest client represents less than five percent of its annual fee income.
