Banowsky & Levine was founded in 1994. Initially, the Firm's practice focused exclusively on resolving complex commercial disputes. While the Firm continues to represent individual and corporate clients in complex commercial litigation, the Firm's practice has been expanded to include product liability defense, insurance defense, construction litigation, intellectual property litigation, administrative and municipal litigation, employment law and ERISA litigation. The Firm represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. The Firm represents clients in all forms of family related litigation. The Firm also represents select clients in legal malpractice actions. The Firm represents clients in state and federal trial courts, arbitrations and state and federal courts of appeal.
