For more than thirty years, Özbek offers a full range of boutique legal services to international and domestic clients with a special focus on real estate and construction law, commercial transactions, contracts, corporations and corporate governance, civil law, administrative law, mergers and acquisitions and litigation.

Both founding partners of Özbek have worked as chief legal counsels of Turkish conglomerates in the past. During 1980's Figen Özbek served as chief legal counsel of a leading operator in the field of airport and airplane services. Later in the 1990's Erol Özbek acted as chief legal counsel of a Turkish group in construction sector, and also served as general manager in one of the affiliates of the same group.

With the joining of Deniz Senvar Pekin and Selin Özbek as new partners to the law firm, Özbek's practice in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, competition, telecommunications, capital markets and securities, privatizations and arbitration have enriched and developed. Özbek's team comprises of seven attorneys and one legal intern. A staff of seven experienced paralegals and administrative personnel assist attorneys.

Özbek maintains close ties with lawyers, law firms or professionals specialized in all areas of law in Turkey or abroad and have connections with law firms in central Europe, United States of America and Latin America. Özbek attorneys closely work with academics and legal experts as outside counsels.
