Approach to Criminal Defense
As a person accused of a crime, you must make critical decisions affecting your future. You can make the right decisions only if you have a good understanding of the law and how it works in your particular situation. David handles each case personally and makes a concerted effort to LISTEN to each client. David understands that only a lawyer who takes the time to know the client and learn the relevant facts will be able to achieve the best result. This approach requires close collaboration between lawyer and client.
Only a small percentage of criminal cases actually go to trial but David believes each case should be approached as though trial will be required. This level of preparation is most likely to achieve the best possible outcome.
David Wahlberg's approach to criminal defense can be summarized as
· Investigate
