| Biography | Kyle Broadhurst has been a respected and successful litigator before the Courts of the Cayman Islands for the last ten years. His litigation practice includes corporate and commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, professional negligence, construction and employment disputes and cross-border issues. Kyle also maintains an active commercial and general practice providing advice with respect to real estate transactions, company formation and management, wills and trusts and employment matters. As a result of Kyle's varied practice he is able to quickly appreciate issues that may turn litigious and guide his clients accordingly.
Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University, Canada in 1995 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Liverpool (CILS) in 1999. He successfully completed the Barristers Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law and was called to the Bar of England in 2000 (non-practicing). He is a member of Gray's Inn. Kyle was called to the Bar of the Cayman Islands in 2001 and is a member of the Law Society of the Cayman Islands. He is an accredited mediator and a Notary Public.
In 2011 Kyle was elected as Council Member of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce. He is active in the community and three years ago co-coordinated the creation of a youth flag football league for the children of the Cayman Islands. He continues to co-ordinate the league, which continues to grow in popularity each year. |
