The firm was established in 1985. Over 85 staff, including 19 partners and 35 associates. The firm is staffed with multilingual attorneys (mainly French, English and German but also Italian, Turkish, Spanish). Most of the partners and associates have studied and practiced both in France and abroad and, in some instances, have been admitted to the bar of more than one jurisdiction. PDGB intervenes in very diversified areas of business: mergers and acquisitions, private equity, company law, domestic and international taxation (including assistance for tax audits and tax litigation), foreign investment in France, commercial contracts, intellectual property, insolvency, litigation and arbitration, labour law, antitrust and unfair competition.
PDGB is also grouped internationally with the Belgian Firm DBB.
