Overview Paige Manning, a Director, brings to her practice nearly 16 years of experience focusing on real estate matters including representation of both lenders and borrowers in many transactions involving construction and permanent lending for office, retail, multi-family and hotel properties, representation of sellers and purchasers in acquisitions and dispositions (including portfolio transactions), and representation of developers in the development and leasing of retail and office projects.
