Paige Connelly is a member of the Corporate Department. Paige concentrates her practice on corporate law and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, forming new businesses, preparation and review of contracts, and general corporate governance matters. Paige works with various aspects of the acquisition/sale process including diligence and disclosure and preparation of transaction documents. Paige serves as Co-Chair of the Associates for Associates Committee.
