Pamela A. Madeiros focuses her practice in the area of legislative and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Senior Counsel with the New York State Legislative Bill Drafting Commission and was responsible for introducing several Latin American delegations to the state legislative process through her involvement with the Rockefeller Institute. She works collaboratively with the Department of Health, the State Education Department and the Office of Mental Health and has established partnership relationships at all levels within each such agency.
