Pam has experience in insurance coverage matters arising nationwide. She has represented insurers in matters involving directors and officers liability insurance and other forms of professional liability coverage, including with respect to cases alleging violations of the federal securities laws and commercial contract disputes. Currently, Pam represents insurers in matters involving subprime lending, backdating stock options, ERISA stock drop cases, patent infringement, legal malpractice actions, and criminal and regulatory investigations. She has participated in numerous mediations for insurer clients of the firm.
Representative Experience
On behalf of an insurer, participated in negotiation of a favorable settlement of underlying backdating litigation.
Successfully defended Indian Harbor Insurance Company before the New York Supreme Court's Appellate Division in Clifford Chance Limited Liability Partnership, et. al. v. Indian Harbor Insurance Company, Index No. 602862/05, regarding the allocation of a settlement between insured and uninsured parties.
