Experience Pam is a Shareholder of GrayRobinson and specializes in corporate and business law, real property law, estate planning, estate administration and estate and gift tax controversies. She is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates. Over her career, Pam has represented numerous automobile dealerships having multiple franchises throughout Florida. Pam's experience includes acquisitions and sales of businesses, formation of corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, contracts, employment and buy-sell agreements, business succession planning, tax free exchanges, commercial real estate, estate planning for estates valued from Two Million Dollars to in excess of One Hundred Million Dollars, family limited partnerships, and complex trusts. Pam has represented numerous clients in estate or gift tax controversies. Pam has served on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar's Section of Real Property Probate and Trust Law since 1981. She has written numerous chapters for The Florida Bar's continuing education manuals and is currently on numerous committees of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, including the legislative committee. Background Pam attended Duke University where she received an undergraduate degree in economics. She then went on to the University of Florida Law School, where she graduated second in her class. Pam is a Fellow of the American College of Estate and Trust Counsel (ACTEC) and is an "AV" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
