Pam's practice includes development, construction, acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial property, construction law, land use and zoning, workouts and foreclosures, and mechanics' liens.

Representative Experience

Representation of a national retailer in the acquisition and development of new locations and expansions in the southeast.

Acquisition, financing, development, construction and leasing of Columbus Village East Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Jefferson Plaza in Newport News, Virginia, and portions of Harrisonburg Crossings in Harrisonburg, Virginia, Northlite Shopping Center in Concord, North Carolina, College Plaza Shopping Center in Bluefield, Virginia, and Rivers Edge Centre in Dunn, North Carolina.
